I. Introduction:
The sealing performance of the X41F American Standard Flange Ferrule Plug Valve is achieved through the sealing surfaces around the ferrule. The unique 360° metal lip protects the fixed ferrule, and the valve has no cavity for medium accumulation. The metal lip provides a self-cleaning function when the plug rotates, making it suitable for viscous and scaling-prone working conditions, with bidirectional flow and more convenient installation and use. The ferrule soft-seal plug valve is applicable to pipelines in various working conditions such as petroleum, chemical, pharmaceutical, fertilizer, and power industries with nominal pressure of CLASS150～CLASS900 and working temperature of -29℃～180℃, to cut off or connect the pipeline medium. The X41F American Standard Flange Ferrule Plug Valve uses a through-hole plug as the opening and closing part, which rotates with the valve stem to realize the opening and closing action. The plug is mostly a cone, and there are also cylindrical ones. It has the characteristics of simple structure, quick opening and closing, small flow resistance, convenient maintenance, and good sealing performance.
